There is a custom design fee of $65 that is non-fundable if you choose to proceed to the design stage. However this fee is subtracted from the total if you proceed with an order so it serves as a deposit.
While developing the design we will incorporate your inputs. We will use what we have learned about lighting conditions and other needs. A computer generated preliminary design sketch that incorporates actual glass colors and textures is made. This is sent to the client for comments for refinement. After reviewing this proposal, you can now make an informed decision as to any design and or color changes to make the project exactly what you want. This process is repeated until the concept is firm. You are under no obligation at this point.
Before starting construction, I would submit a final drawing or invoice that would state all of the glasses chosen, specialty options to be included, and methods of construction to be used. Also included would be the date of completion, method of delivery, any applicable taxes, and the terms of payment. This final document once signed and returned by you becomes a binding contract protecting both of our interests.
If you decide that you want A & A Glassworks to make the project, send us a 50% deposit and work will begin. The balance is due upon delivery. If you decide not to build, then just let us know. All designs are copy right protected and we reserve all rights.
