We are not in business to profit on shipping. We pass on our actual packaging and shipping charges.
Upon completion we will email you digital pictures of your completed project and you can send me payment for the balance plus crating and shipping charges. After a final quality check of the glasswork the stained glass is placed into a custom built lined crate. The crates are professionally provided by PAK MAIL .
You will receive an email invoice from PayPal to pay for the balance of your order. PayPal accepts all major credit cards as well as debit cards. PayPal is secure and you DO NOT have to sign up for Pay Pal to pay us. We accept personal or company checks or PayPal.
We ship within 48 hours or less of payment confirmation on business days. When your item is ready to ship we will email you the tracking number for your order, along with care instructions and how to remove your item from the crate. Each work is signed and numbered along with a certificate / invoice of value for your home insurance in case of damage or theft.
We ship Fed Ex or UPS Ground unless otherwise instructed because they insure your package.
