All shipments are professionally wrapped, crated and shipped in perfect condition and insured against breakage or loss.
If you have any shipment problems, report them immediately to us and the carrier, and keep the original packaging materials. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it in its orignial packing crate within seven days for a Money Back Refund of the Purchase Price ( shipping, handling, and insurance charges will not be refunded). Please email us at glassworks@ymail.com stating the reason for your return as well as a copy of your invoice with a reason for return statement. If the return is because of our error we will pay for the return shipping and ship the correct item to you at no cost.
We will work with you to repair or replace any items damaged or broken by carrier mishandling or negligence. You are responsible for the return shipping charge and safe arrival of unwanted items. You may want to consider insurance on the returned glasswork to assure your refund. Items damaged during return will not receive a refund.
